I Need Something That I Can’t Find In Your Website, Can You Help Me Find It?

Yes, off course we can! To get a quote on an item that you don’t find on our website, either fill out the RFQ or send us your request via email (sales@tacticalcheetah.com) and we will contact you. Special Items or Custom Orders may have minimum requirements.

How Do I Check On The Status Of My Order?

Most items are available to ship within 24 to 48 hours business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock Tactical Cheetah Customer Service will notify you by email within two business days from the time of order placement. You will have the option to ship your order with those items that are available or we can hold your entire order until all ordered items are available.

Order Cancellations

Your order will ship out very quickly from our warehouse. If you do decide to cancel your order, you must, therefore, contact us immediately to have any chance of canceling the order, or it may have already shipped out to you. TacticalCheetah.com reserves the option to cancel any orders due to a breach of these Terms. In the event that we choose to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the total purchase amount. It is your responsibility to make sure that you fully understand and comply with these Terms.
Likewise, if you refuse to accept delivery of your order from the carriers, then we will charge you a fee equal to five percent (5%) of the value of your order, plus the cost of shipping both ways.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

Tactical Cheetah accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

When Will I Receive The Supplies I Ordered?

Most orders are shipped from 24 to 48 hours after payment has been processed. We ship via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order ships.

The Box Color Is Different From That I Ordered Is This The Right Product?

Sometimes our manufacturers change their packaging without notifying us. Tactical Cheetah will make every effort to update our website with an accurate picture and description. If you are not sure if the product you received is the same one you ordered, please send us an Email at: customerservice@tacticalcheetah.com

I Ordered The Wrong Product Can I Return Or Exchange It?

At Tactical Cheetah we strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service. Due to the nature of some products, returns may not be acceptable. Please see our Shipping and Return Policy for further details. Items that leave the USA are non-returnable. Warranties may be voided on items that leave the USA.

What Is Your Backorder Policy?

Orders that contain backordered items may be split shipped. In stock items will be shipped and back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
