The Condor Outdoor Modular Operator Plate Carrier is made up of quality nylon material and is designed for complete ballistic protection carrier (Ballistic plates/soft armor not included). MOLLE webbing surrounds the carrier to allow for modular attachments and personalization. The padded adjustable shoulder straps and cummerbund ensure a true fit.
